The Mobility Bed Rail can be used with traditional beds with box springs, platforms, or slats. It is not intended to be used with adjustable beds or with extra soft mattresses. Can be used on any mattress size from Twin to California King with heights between 10 and 15 inches. Do not use with an extra soft mattress. Includes a safety strap that attaches around the bed frame to keep the bed rail securely in place. For safety reasons, we do not recommend using this bed rail on adjustable beds.
